Works made between 2011 and 2013, moving forward from the previous five year’s drawing, painting and thinking.

‘Glas’ is a drawing made for the poet, Gillian Clarke. The title is a Welsh word, meaning blue-green, colour of hills. Gillian is a most inspiring writer and individual.

‘Drawing for Ian and Natalie’ was commissioned in 2010 and completed in March 2011. Many of the other drawings shown here are made under the title ‘Something I Can’t Imagine’. This work is ongoing and is drawn using mainly dry media on paper.

Drawings were shown at the Newcastle Gateshead Art Fair and Manchester Buy Art Fair, courtesy of Emma McMillan, art consultant and driving force behind Gallereo websites.

Work was also shown at the Affordable Art Fair in London, with thanks to TAG Fine Arts, who took some works on paper, and Gallery Violet who were showing my canvases.
